Reset Weekly Cycle
This action manually starts a new week. It respects your "Weekly
Reset Action" preference, which can be configured in the settings
above. Depending on your preference, it will either prompt you for
an action, reset your current plan's progress, or clear your planner
entirely.
Auto-Reset Cycle
autorenew
What is Auto-Reset?
This setting enables the app to automatically prepare your new week
for you.
On
Every Monday, the app will trigger your chosen "Weekly Reset
Action". If your preference is set to "Ask", a dialog will appear
when you first open the app. Otherwise, it will automatically
reset your plan or clear it for you.
Off
The app will not perform any automatic actions on Monday. You will
need to manually press the "Reset Weekly Cycle" button in your
profile to start a new week.
Weekly Reset Actions
help_center
What do these options mean?
You can set a default action for when your weekly cycle resets,
either automatically on Monday or when you manually reset it.
Ask Every Time
This is the default. A dialog will appear asking you how you want
to start your new week, giving you the choice between the two
options below.
Start Fresh
Automatically resets the completion status of all workouts in your
current plan. This is perfect if you follow the same routine each
week and just want to start over.
Build New
Automatically clears your entire weekly plan, giving you a blank
slate to build a new week from scratch or from your templates.
