How is the streak calculated?

Your streak is the number of consecutive scheduled workout days you've completed.

What counts?

Only workouts that are part of your weekly plan count towards your streak. Completing a scheduled workout on its assigned day continues the streak.

What breaks a streak?

Missing a scheduled workout day will break your streak. Rest days (days with no workouts scheduled) do not break your streak.

About CSI Score

How is the CSI Score calculated?

The CSI Score (Consistency Success Index) reflects how closely you followed your plan. It's a weighted average over the last 4 weeks, factoring in completed workouts, exercises, and sets to measure your true consistency.

About Total Volume

How is volume calculated?

Total volume is the sum of (reps × weight) for every completed set in the current weekly cycle. It's a great way to measure your overall workload.
